Poke (pronounced Poh-kay) is a native Hawaiian dish. Poke is a raw fish salad that consists of cubed raw fish that is seasoned and served over hot rice. This Hawaiian favorite is popular and can be found all over the island due to the fact it is healthy, delicious, and very unique. Traditional Hawaiian Poke may also be made with yellowfin tuna or octupus, but now there are many variatons including salmon, tofu, and other types of raw tuna. You can think of it as a type of “deconstructed sushi” with endless variations to make it your own.

Pokéology offers the freshest variety of fish, ranging from salmon, tuna, shrimp, and more. We allow and encourage you to customize your bowl in any way you please, and you can rest assured that your creation will be of the utmost quality. We prepare our fresh ingredients every day, and as a result, we guarantee that you will be able to taste the difference.
